CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice of most services. A deposit is collected prior to booking bridal parties, microblading and full sets of lash extensions. Cancellations of these services require a 48 hour notice or you will lose your deposit. These services take more time than most salon services and if you don’t show up then the salon and our service providers lose income.

RETURN POLICY

Hair products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt and as long as they are more than half full. All skincare and cosmetics sales are final. We stand behind our services with the use of our products and recommendations. If you are not 100% satisfied please notify us within 7 days of the service and We will schedule another consultation and appointment to correct your service. We do not provide refunds.
