Our Return Policy

Hair care products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt, no cash back, all refund credits will be put on The Bellezza Avanti Spa/ Salon gift card for future purchases or services. All Cosmetic and Skincare sales are final. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. Products can be return to our salon for free to avoid shipping charges.

Refunds: As soon as package arrives, please allow 48 hours to process your Bellezza Avanti Spa/Salon Credit. You will receive an email confirmation once your Bellezza Avanti Spa/Salon credit has been processed.

Damaged Products

If your product has broken glass or is leaking liquid, please email our customer service at or call 330-336-8411 to arrange an exchange.

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before shipping. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
