Steve and Geri Good are the proud owners of Bellezza Avanti. Geri has been in the industry for 30 years as a stylist dedicated to offering outstanding guest service and training her team to make Bellezza Avanti the premier salon in Wadsworth. She is passionate about growing her team. She does this with monthly coaching and mentoring sessions and has developed a leadership team to ensure that each team member receives the support and attention that they need to have a successful career and balanced life. We strive to support our team by ensuring they not only learn all of the latest and greatest techniques, offer the newest and best products but by teaching them how to deliver an experience that exceeds our guest’s expectations throughout their entire visit with us. Nothing is more satisfying than providing a place of employment that has a happy team with a positive culture to thrive in. Geri is a certified John Maxwell coach whose focus is to lead people effectively with love.

Steve and Geri have been married since 1997, which was only three months after Geri bought her first salon. Steve joined the salon team ten years ago and this has enabled us to grow at a much faster pace. He has been a support beam since day one and has been a key element in the salon’s growth and success of today. Steve began full time at the salon as a Guest Service Specialist and today is a salon coach for our front desk team. He is behind the scenes wearing many hats keeping our operation running as seamless as possible. Steve is a great encourager to our entire team, we truly are a salon family. Our goal is to provide excellent guest service consistently and we do so with a winning team.
