Hope is a friendly and creative hairstylist. She has been in the industry since 2013 and began her career at Bellezza Avanti. Hope loves to use her imagination to create something beautiful and unique for every guest, her specialties include but are not limited to hair color, extensions, special occasion updos, body waxing, and nails! Hope has had extensive training with Redken and Pureology. Hope has traveled to NYC for world-class education at the Redken Exchange training facility to deepen her knowledge with color, highlighting and styling techniques. She is thorough and is always on time for her guests as well as just having a very pleasant demeanor. She looks forward to continuing her passion through education and growing her business at Bellezza Avanti.

Katie has been a valuable member of our team since 2004. Whether you're looking to have the perfect blonding, balayage, or color melt service she's your girl. Becky Grywalski

Becky began her hair journey in high school where she had dreamed of making people feel beautiful since being a little girl and has fallen more in love with the industry as time has gone on. Becky is a level 5 Redken certified colorist and deva certified stylist. She is passionate about hair color services of all kinds from all over color, balayage, foils, and decolorizers. Her main focus is to make her guests hair dreams become reality while keeping the integrity of their hair healthy. Becky also specializes in perms and the latest haircutting techniques. She is one of our salon educators and coaches. She helps teach up and coming stylists all of her knowledge to grow them as future stylists on our team for 6-9 months at a time. You will find her and her associate work together to deliver the best guest experience for you. They are very attentive and pay close attention to detail. Becky loves all aspects of this career she has chosen and loves to inspire and grow other stylists, along with herself. You will never find her without a smile on her face. Allison Gouker

Allison joined the team at the BA in 2018 after being behind the chair for 11 years. She wanted to change her life and that is exactly what she has done. She has blossomed under the guidance of her coaches, teammates, and owners. Her willingness to be guided after all of her experience shows her passion for the industry and the commitment to her guests.

Allison's passion for transforming people's look is contagious. She shines in her ability to be a day maker. Her infectious laugh has the ability to light a room. These abilities can not, however, be overshadowed by her talent behind the chair.

Alexa Maynard

Alexa found a deep love for doing nails and nail art while she was in cosmetology school. One of her favorite forms of self care is a fresh manicure or pedicure and she loves to provide that experience for others. She chose Bellezza Avanti for the ambitious and positive atmosphere, and to expand her skill set. Alexa earned her license and entered the beauty industry in 2012. She has a license in Cosmetology and is certified in lash extension services. Alexa believes that everyone deserves to embody their own unique brand of beauty and she loves to uplift others.

Kay Sisouphanh

Kay specializes in skincare and in nails. She has had her license for nails since 2009 and went back to school for esthetics and graduated in 2022. Kay wanted to share with others how to properly care for their skin and help them resolve any skincare issues. She is passionate about making her guests feel their very best! She specializes in result driven facials including the Aquafusion facial and dermaplaning facials. Averie Williams

Averie has had a love for beauty since she was just a little girl. In high school she took the cosmetology program and realized she had found her career. Averie had her internship at Bellezza Avanti and fell in love with our teamwork, friendship and our atmosphere. After graduating high school and becoming licensed she joined our team full time as a stylist. She is such a hardworking individual, she cares so much for each and every person who sits in her chair. Micaiah Bailey

Micaiah loves getting to cut hair! Growing up she had the thickest hair and no one ever knew how to handle it. It wasn't until she was in Cosmetology that someone cut her hair to her needs rather than how they wanted. Finally she felt confident with her hair and could maintain it. That is what she strives for with getting to cut other people's hair! Micaiah finds joy when she can see her clients instantly feel more confident with their hair when she's finished it. Annalise Sheeler

Annalise grew up cutting her barbie doll's hair and making fashion-forward statements since pre-school. She is a passionate and dedicated hairstylist who specializes in on-trend, beautiful, and customizable hairstyles. She started her career in the beauty industry in 2017 by attending Paul Mitchell the School, where she had immense training in hair color, haircutting, and hair texture. Annalise has always been passionate about people, art, and fashion, which led her to pursue this creative career. She has a knack for customizing your hair to compliment your skin tone, eye color, and face shape while keeping it manageable for your lifestyle.

In the future, Annalise plans to continue to educate her guest's and continue to put her heart and soul into each and every color/haircut.

Desiree' is a level III stylist, Redken specialist, and self-proclaimed product hoarder. Desiree's love for hair color, teamwork and education have helped her become an invaluable asset to our team. Cassidy Good

Cassidy loves barbering. Her favorite cut is the fade, though she is also great with longer hair. She chose barbering over cosmetology because cutting men’s hair interested her the most. Once she began school, she fell in love with it instantly. Cassidy is the third generation doing hair in the family; her mom is a stylist, owner, and founder of Bellezza Avanti, and her Grandpa was a Barber. She loves the salon because not only is it her family who owns it, but she also expresses that our team here feels like they are her family.

Sondra Brown

Sondra has always been interested in makeup and hair from a very young age. She graduated from Brown Aveda in May of 2021. Sondra chose this career because she has dealt with cystic acne since she was 10 and she wants to help other people feel good in their own skin. She specializes in customized facials, dermaplaning, full body waxing, all lash services, henna brow, and makeup. Anna Hopkins

Anna earned her massage therapy license in January of 2010 and began her journey at Bellezza Avanti in February of 2010. She furthered her education and earned her manicurist license in 2012, completed The FarmHouse Fresh Advanced Training Program in 2018, and became certified in ACE Massage Cupping in 2019. Anna offers a wide array of massage and nail services designed to completely relax both the body and mind. She loves getting to know every guest so she can tailor the experience to suit them. Destynee Dreher

Destynee started her career in the beauty industry in 2016 by attending the Medina County Career Center and graduated from the cosmetology program in 2018. In that time she fell in love with the industry and knew that this job was made for her. After getting her cosmetology license she did nails for 2 years. She then decided to take her career a step further and started working at Bellezza Avanti to start doing hair as well. Destynee is passionate about the work she does. Maddie Buskey

Maddie is passionate about all blonding services, she specializes in "lived in color".  Lived in color would be services that include balayage and foilyage techniques and can last for longer periods of time due to the placement of the color. She also enjoys lash extensions including classic and glamour sets  and in addition offers lash lift and tint for those who are seeking a lower maintenance service and more natural look. Maddie is a graduate of Brown Aveda which offers an amazing training program and has been licensed since 2021. She graduated from Coventry High School early and then took cosmetology in the Portage Lakes Career Center adult program. When Kayla was younger, she loved doing nails, which made her want to go to Cosmetology School at Wayne County Career Center. There, she fell in love with doing hair!
